Situated in a recently built building with a door keeper and 24 hours security. It's in a quiet street near to bus stop. There is an easy access to the city center. The bus stops ( 280 and 94) are in a few steps to the apartment building. Many entertainments including discos, clubs, fascion cafes as well as the University of National and World Economy are in a walking distance from the studio.

Accommodation Capacity

The studio comprises of a bedroom with a king size bed (could be separated in two single beds), fully equipped kitchen with a small sitting area, a bathroom and a nice balcony. The flat is suitable for up to two people. If you are in Sofia for a short stay and looking for a nice, clean and cheap accommodation far from the overcrowded center this cozy studio will be ideal for you. Looking forward to accommodate you in this brand new flat.

For your convenience we also offer a garage at the same bulding, the price is 5 euros per day, 30 euros per week and 90 euros per month. You can use it only upon request.

Change of household linen and room cleaning is available once a week.
