Newly furnished and cozy studio apartment situated in the suburbs of Sofia, in one of the most famous part of the capital called "Student City". There is a convenient public transport with metro and bus ( number 94 or 280 ) to the city center. This nice and new studio is located in the south-eastern part of the capital near to Sofia Airport, one of the biggest Sport Hall " Hristo Botev", Winter Sports Palace and more than 20 disco clubs.

Accommodation Capacity

The studio is suitable for not more than two people. There is one room with a double bed or two single beds, kitchen corner and a bathroom. The flat is in a new building and upon request we could offer you also a garage. It costs 5 euros per day, possible discount for longer period.

For your convenience we also offer a garage at the same bulding, the price is 10 euros per day, 50 euros per week and 150 euros per month. You can use it only upon request.

Change of household linen and room cleaning is available once a week.
