It's our pleasure to welcome you in our newest apartment in Sofia Downtown - apartment Havana. One of our most luxurious apartments, you will be amazed by how beautiful and elegant it is. The location is perfect as well - in the heart of the city centre - very near to the pedestrian zone of Vitosha blvd, many of the interesting sights and important places - like NDK, Sv Nedelia church, the prezidency and many other. It's also surrounded by many shops,fashion cafes, bars and restaurants.
The area has excellent road, bus and tram links.
Metrostation NDK and Serdica, as well as many bus and tram stops are located in very close proximity.
If you want to see Sofia from your doorstep - this is the perfect accommodation for you.

Apartment Details

Havana Apartment combines the convenience of hotel accommodation and the peace and coziness of your home. The apartment is bright and comfortable. The kitchen is custom made and has everything necessary for your convenient stay. The two bedrooms are stylishly furnished and have plenty of space to store your belongings. The dinning area is suitable for 4 guests.
Just like all of our apartments in this one you will also be able to use free Wi-Fi and watch both Bulgarian and European TV.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned - which is a great feature for the hot summer days. And for the cold winter days and nights - you will be kept warm thanks to the central heating of the apartment.

Accommodation Capacity

This lovely apartments is suitable for up to 4 guests. Upon request we can prepare an additional bed in the living room and thus can accommodate 5 people. The apartment comprises of two bedrooms, one living room with seating area and kitchen, two toilets and one bathroom. The apartment also has a balcony.
We can also offer other apartments in the same building.

For your convenience we also offer a parking space in the same building. The price is 15 euro per day, 300 euros per month. You can use it only upon request.

The privacy and controlled environment that apartments offer makes them one of the safest forms of accommodation, particularly now when social distancing is so crucial. 

In case of one day stay 10 E cleaning fee applies.

The building is not wheelchair accessible.
