The apartment is located in the very city center, in a new building - a few steps from the main pedestrian street- Vitosha. The location is very quiet yet very central. Most tourist attractions like "St Nedelia Church", National Palace of Culture, TZUM, many museums and other interesting places are in a walking distance to the apartment. There is a metro station(Serdica) very close to the apartment building. The apartment is surrounded by some excellent restaurants,museums and entertainment venues. Sofia city is also a haven for authentic ethnic food as there is so much cultural diversity. The nightlife is very vibrant as well. Located all around you are great bars, live entertainment venues and good clubs.

Accommodation Capacity

When it comes to your living space, sometimes, bigger is better!
This great apartment is most suitable for up to eight (8) guests, but upon request we could provide you with extra beds for three more people (for an extra fee). It is nice to know that this flat is extra spacious. The apartment consists of four bedrooms:
one of them with a king size bed and the other three with twin beds in each bedroom, a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms with shower cabins and 3 toilets.

The apartment is air-conditioned.

The privacy and controlled environment that apartments offer makes them one of the safest forms of accommodation, particularly now when social distancing is so crucial.

We could offer also other apartments in the same building. The flats are suitable for big friend companies who want to be together, but at the same time in different apartment.

The building is wheelchair accessible, however the apartment has stairs for the second floor - where the 4 bedrooms are. Тhe lift's size is: 100sm long and 69 sm wide. The apartment has two shower cabins.
